Hi Karen, I'm not sure. I haven't joined AARP yet and hadn't thought to even ask about a military discount. I'm sure if you call them directly, they would let you know.
No they are kind and give great customer service everytime we visit.
No
I heard they were. Best to call them though
I've never seen it there but what they have IS good
Very nice staff with great service. Main course was ok. Appetizers were very good.
Food is the best!!! Service is always good. Get a side of Gorganzola dressing and add to house dressing. My husband loves it.
This was my first time at Franco's. I ordered the Italian Dinner, more of a sampler plate with was great for 1st timers. The italian salad dressing on my salad was so good I asked the waitress if they sold it, of with they did and I figured so. It was that good. My wife enjoyed that alone. Then we had the minestrone soup. Fantastic. And it had a meatball in the middle. The sampler had baked ziti, spaghetti, and I believe ravioli and another dish. We were so full from the salad and minestrone we had a few bites of the sampler and was full. This was a great experience and very good prices. Millie our server was fantastic, 5 stars. She even boxed our food which I think all servers should do if they have time. Doubled her tip. Thanks, Millie for making our first time a fantastic. Highly recommended.
Wonderful experience. Chef TJ actually came out to say hello after ordering his hand made wild mushroom ravioli! It was amazing! Will be my new go to place on the Gulf.
I had the chicken parmesan and the fried mushrooms it was great the price wasent to bad a little better then olive garden
This was probably the worst Italian food I have ever eaten. Even the salad was terrible. The wait staff was very nice though... just don’t bother with the food.
Standard Italian food, better quality than olive garden. But the real positive is the local ownership and how many people seem to be repeating customers.
Good as ever. Highly recommend for lunch or dinner. Great service. And prices are very reasonable.
Good food. Good service.
Franco's is the best Italian restaurant in Pensacola. The food is consistently excellent and the price is very reasonable. I have spent a lot of time in Italy. Every time I eat at Franco's, I feel like I am back there.
Always consistently good. Shrimp primevera.
Best Italian in Pensacola and great staff
This restaurant has obviously been around for a long time. The decor and dining area appears to not have changed since its opened. The food was really good and so was the service. Our meals were very authentic, not like at Olive Garden. The customers coming in obviously have been there many times before as they seem to know the staff. The place could use a little updating but the food is great.
Not as good as it usually is, prices up not do clean.
Wife and i were on the way home from the beach and decided to give Franco's a try when everything else was jam packed. We were able to walk right in without a 45 minute wait. Waiter was spot on and we were served at just the right speed. Salad was cool and crisp. Fried mushrooms were phenomenal with house dip. My seafood primavera was absolutely delicious and piping hot. Wife had Italian sampler and it was also piping hot and very good size portions. So much food we had to take to go plates home. prices very reasonable and it will be our go to place in Pensacola from now on
Delicious dinner at an old school Italian restaurant. I had chicken marsala and my daughter had cheese ravioli with marinara. We had a server, but an older gentleman with an Italian accent took our order. Both of us had the House Italian dressing on our salad. We share some spumoni ice cream for dessert. Everything was soo good. My family had an Italian restaurant when I was young. I felt like the food was made with love and pride..
This is the BEST Italian food this side of the Atlantic. They have items no other Restaurant in the area has. Their veal, fish , pasta , beef and tomato sauce is phenomenal . Being from Europe I don’t understand anything less then a 5 star rating. Perhaps these folks prefer something a little more franchise like. This is an awesome place with great service and fantastic ownership.
Authentic Italian food!!My family and I loved it.
Food tasted great. Excellent staff.
First visit, won't be my last! Great food at a great price! Service was top notch!! 🏆
The food was bland. Sauce tasted like someone opened a can and didnt add any seasoning at all. Shrimp was tasteless. Frozen too long. Vela also had been frozen.Hadn't been there in years. Now we remembered why.
Very busy place to eat but seemed very accommodating to getting you sat right away and large groups where easy to get seated as well
We thought it would be a great place to meet for lunch today. It surely was. We four had different meal selections, each were very appealing, hot when brought . Everyone was very pleased with their tasty meals. I was very pleased with the bread, side salads , dressings, crisp, fresh. Waiter very attentive. Coffee was Hot, good flavor, many refills. Will be back...
We have our company Christmas party here every year. The service is great, the house dressing is delicious, and the sauce is pretty good too. It's not over spiced so you taste all the ingredients of the dish.
Best Restaurant in Wellington. The food here is wonderful, service is excellent and prices are fair. You can dine inside or outside which also has heaters or sit at the Bar. This is our go to spot when we are here for the season. The Chicken Ramona is my favorite, The Pizzas are the best in town. They offer takeout as well.
I always enjoy going to Franco's. It is friendly, welcoming restaurant. I get the fried eggplant every time I go. It's delicious!
My food was delicious. Their house Italian dressing is amazing. They also make a very good seafood gumbo. My mother didn't care for the Linguini with clam sauce. However my entree was large enough for both, and the friendly server removed hers from the bill no questions asked. The cannoli and cheesecake were both tasty as well. This was my first time and I will definitely be going back. Oh yeah and their meatballs are outstanding.
I'm of Italian decent, and I love the food here!
The food was great and our waitress was super fun! The eggplant parmesan was fantastic
Our absolute favorite place for atmoshere and most wonderful spaghetti
I think I'm spoiled, I grew up in St. Louis where there are extraordinary Italian Restaurants. I had googled Carbonara and the result was Franco's. I also really miss Toasted Ravioli so I was excited to learn that Franco's had them as well. I really hate to say that the Ravioli were good, but not great. I did get the Carbonara, it was very dry, no creaminess or flavor at all. My husband got the Ribeye. This is definitely not a steakhouse. Waitress was very nice. Overall really disappointing for a $60 plus meal. Should have gone to Carrabbas.
Great food and service 😊👌👌👌
I've heard about this place for years and am just now trying it out. Very laid back and super friendly staff. I love eggplant parm so much, and I'm a little snobby when it comes to it. The consistency was so buttery and rich, not fried to mask the earthy flavor The marinara was a delicious blend of sweet and savory. Their in-house Italian dressing is soooo yummy, a great blend of herbs. The bruschetta is a must. We ended with the cassata ice cream which is just a really fun dessert. Great, great food! 👍👍👍👍👍
I have loved Franco's for a long time. Best fried shrimp, best gumbo, best house dressing. We will always come back to Franco's!
Amazing, authentic Italian food and excellent service. You really can't get better than Franco's, and the employees were awesome as well.
Authentic Italian food! Pre-meal bread & oil lovers will be disappointed to find only crackers available on the table, but you'll be glad to have more space in your stomach for what's about to be placed in front of you! No-frills, family oriented place. It's all about the food! Delicious! And very reasonably priced.
The service was great! The food was delicious and it was a great value! Definitely coming back!
Growing up as an East Coast Italian girl from Baltimore as I walked in the atmosphere took me back to the Italian restaurants my family would go to for every celebration located in little Italy of Baltimore great food great prices cooked with love from an old Italian family.
Authentic Italian in a cozy family atmosphere. One of the few places in this area that have the new York italian feel about it and the food to match. We loved it and will be back. Great service.
Came here for some wine and spaghetti and meatballs and that's exaclty what I got. The spaghetti and meatballs was a very heart portion that came with a side salad and some delicious garlic bread. The spaghetti and meatballs were very good. Great service, too!
Anthony was an amazing server. He took care of our party of 13 incredibly and the food was wonderful!
Was not impressed at all. We were excited to try it after reading the reviews but none of our food was really very good at all. We tried four separate dishes and I actually ended up sending my chicken piccata back to the kitchen. It was a boiled chicken breast with some sauce on it. The atmosphere was underwhelming as well. There are many other choices in Pensacola that will give you a better Italian experience.
In Pensacola Florida again, my son in law had asked where I wanted to eat after we picked up my son. I tell him I want spaghetti. So he goggled this restaurant. I loved their Tiramisu. It was SOOOOO delicious! I got my spaghetti and meatballs. The restaurant was nice. The waitress lit the candle on the table. She was really nice and patient. The selections on the menu were tempting, but I wanted spaghetti. The order came with garlic bread and a regular salad. I did order fried mushrooms. Good amount on a plate and they were delicious. Next time I return I will came back to eat.
This restaurant hosts Confederacy chapter meetings every third Thursday of every month. On these days, there is not enough separation to mention between this large party/their discussions and other customers. Just so you know.
Delicious! Casual! I love this restaurant!!
Really disappointed with our visit. Watery and undercooked ravioli that tasted like it was from a can. Atmosphere was okay.
Oh my gosh this was SO good!! We had the best night and my family from out of town loved it. We had fantastic service and will be back soon!
So my wife and I went there to eat just before a hockey game and it was awesome not just awesome but amazing. Every aspect of the experience was perfect. I highly recommended this restaurant to everyone. Thank you for the best dinner in Pensacola.
Everything was watery. The salad was watery. The spaghetti sauce was watery and bland. No cheese was offered, so I guess they don't.do that.
Best Italian food we've had! Bread was nice and warm, food was hot, cheese was creamy and staff are all very nice! Would highly recommend this place!
